Shipping Times
- For items **labelled 'In Stock'**, orders will be shipped within **2 business days** of purchase.
- For products **labelled 'Pre-Order'**, please allow up to **4 weeks** for the order to be shipped, as these items are handcrafted specifically for you.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
- We are happy to offer **free standard shipping for all orders over $45** (before tax).
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and our rigorous quality checks, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
